You represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and will comply with all applicable laws.

2. Description of Service

Sift is an AI-powered recipe and menu-planning application that provides recipe suggestions, menus, and related content.

The Service may use third-party AI systems to generate outputs.

3. No Medical or Nutritional Advice

Sift does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

Sift is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

All content is for informational purposes only.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, including with respect to ingredients or allergens.

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying ingredients

• Checking allergens

• Evaluating dietary suitability

• Food safety decisions

Always independently verify that recipes and ingredients meet any dietary restrictions or medical conditions you have before use.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

5. User Content

You may upload private content such as recipes, text, and images.

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or violate any laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Subscriptions

Sift offers a monthly auto-renewing subscriptions.

• Free Trial: A 14-day free trial may be offered. It can convert to a paid subscription.

• Billing: Payment is processed via the Apple App Store.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.

• Refunds: Handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s policies.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting admin@siftcooking.com.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of recipes

• Allergen safety

• Uninterrupted service

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from:

• Allergic reactions

• Food preparation outcomes

• Reliance on AI content

Use at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
